Healthy Foods Recipe, Idea To Lose Weight |Seasoned Baked Potato Chips

"You are what you eat" This is the ancient and the modern saying goes.

Foods that can Help You Lose Weight

Eggs and potatoes
Eggs and potatoes, which are full of protein, will help you feel fuller for longer - much longer.

Bean
You may have heard of cholecystokinin, but it's one of the best weight loss of friends. This digestive hormone is a natural appetite suppressant.

salad
Do you tend to stuff themselves in eating? Control that calorie intake by starting with a big salad.

Green tea
Slimming ingredient is not caffeine. Antioxidants called catechins are what help speed metabolism and fat burning.

Pears

They are now recognized as having more fiber, thanks to the calculations corrected by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. At six grams per medium-size pear, they're great for filling you up.

Here I give a sample recipe food to lose weight.

Seasoned Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients:

    2 teaspoons canola oil
1 large Russet potato (or 2 medium size), about 10 ounces
    Canola cooking spray
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preparation prior to cooking:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush canola oil over nonstick jellyroll pan below.
Using a large, sharp, not serrated knife, then cut the potatoes into very thin slices (about 1/16 inch thick).
Immediately laid flat potato slices into the pan (they should completely cover the bottom of the pan). Spray the tops with canola cooking spray and sprinkle with salt berzodium.
Bake for about 20-26 minutes, watching carefully. Remove the chips that have browned and crisp and continue to cook the remaining chips until they become nice and crispy, about 5 minutes longer.
